Week 7: This week from class, I learned the importance of ending an interview well. Also, it is vital to have questions at the end of the interview. It lets the emloyer know that you came to the interview prepared. However, there are certian types of questions you should avoid. Like questions with answers that are easy to find on searching eningine like Google, and very generic questions. One thing that I was able to accomplish from class this week, is that I have found better ways to be prepared the next time I attend an interview. One challage that I am trying to overcome when it comes to the next steps in my career, is that I'm very poor with managing my time. I have decided to seek out resorces to help me get better with time management. When it comes to what I learned this week regarding my internship, I conducted three interviews of past staff members of the Eternal Flame. This has given me some ideas on how to better improve certian aspects of the magazine. I am truly grateful for everything that I was able to learn this week.
